Package Delivery Terms
& Pricing Chart

  • Pricing is based on a minimum order of 10 packages per route.
  • If the order is less than 10 packages, an additional fee will apply based on the originating pick-up zone.
  • Fees are based on delivery zone; packages may have multiple zones in a route.
  • Toll will be charged regardless of the direction of the bridges crossed. Only 1 toll charged per route.
  • Default terms are to be paid on a net 7; this may vary based on volume and mutual agreement.
  • Late payments are the greater amount of 3.5% of the invoice or $25 per month after 30 days.

Accepting and Updating Orders
  • Efficiently accepting orders, indicating any time sensitive and special instructions.
  • Outside order matching and manually inputting orders that do not transmit automatically.
  • Verification process for hospital and funeral home deliveries.
  • Ensure same day orders with time sensitive deliveries are able to be made prior to acceptance.

Store Personnel, Drivers, and Customers
  • Constant communication with the flower shop personnel including but not limited to VIP orders, order updates, driver status & delivery complications.
  • Slack is our preferred communication. A dedicated phone line is available for the flower shop will also be available for direct calls and text.
  • Ongoing communication with drivers for procedural updates, scheduling cancellations, confirmations, delivery complications, and problem resolutions.
  • Nightly reporting on deliveries including attempts, returns, and route completion times.

Create, Modify and Preset Routes
  • Building routes for AM and PM pick-ups with priority delivery requests.
  • Modifying routes on what the store/manager is requesting.
  • Preparing preset routes for next day.
  • Checking all the AM/PM orders to see if there are any time details needed to be added on AM or PM routes.
  • Pending order monitoring for orders to be added or pushed to the next day deliveries.

ETAs, Proof of Delivery, Photo & GPS Confirmations
  • Orders delivered at the right location and at the right time.
  • Nightly checklist that includes a report of the daily deliveries.
  • Photo confirmation for every delivery.
  • Any undeliverable products will be put into pending queue or will be routed for re-delivery the next day.

Reviewing Pictures, and Timestamps
  • We ensure everything is picked up and delivered daily at specified times.
  • Special VIP and funeral orders are prioritized and placed on AM or PM routes accordingly.
  • Monitoring timestamps of delivery and verifying undelivered products are returned or redelivered the next day.
  • Daily picture review for quality of flowers at time of delivery.

Mileage Pricing

Q: How many miles are included in the standard delivery fee?

A: Each delivery includes up to 10 miles at no additional cost.

Q: What happens if the delivery exceeds 10 miles?

A: For any distance beyond 10 miles, a charge of $3.00 per additional mile will apply.

Q: What is the maximum mileage covered under the base rate?

A: You're allowed 10 miles per arrangement, which is aggregated across orders. For example, 10 orders allow for a combined total of 100 miles. After that, the $3.00 per extra mile fee kicks in.

Order & Delivery Details

Q: What are the available pickup times for deliveries?

A: Our standard pickup windows are 8:00-9:00 AM for morning pickups and 2:00-3:00 PM for afternoon pickups. However, we're happy to accommodate custom pickup times upon request.

Q: How are the orders transported to ensure safety and quality?

A: Orders are transported in secure containers that hold 4-6 arrangements, keeping them stable and well-organized during delivery.

Q: How fast is the delivery process?

A: Our drivers begin deliveries immediately after pickup and typically deliver 6-10 orders per hour, depending on route density and traffic.

Order Capacity & Pricing

Q: Is there a limit to how many orders can be delivered at once?

A: There's no maximum order limit, but generally up to 30 orders can fit in one van.

Q: Will the pricing change for larger orders?

A: Each delivery location is charged a flat rate, but larger or more complex orders may incur additional fees.
  • Sprays and wreaths are charged at twice the standard delivery fee due to their size and handling requirements.

Delivery Errors & Corrections

Q: What happens if a driver delivers to the wrong address?

A: If the mistake is on our end, we'll correct it at no extra cost. If the delivery needs to be changed due to late updates or redirection, a new delivery fee will apply.

Billing & Subscription

Q: Is there a subscription or membership fee?

A: No, we don't offer memberships or subscriptions. We invoice weekly or on the 1st and 15th of each month, depending on delivery volume. Clients with over $1,000/week in volume are invoiced bi-monthly (1st and 15th).
